Solts PKR Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on the Solts PKR platform — whether via the website at soltspkr.app, the Android app or any mobile browser version — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any of the services offered by Solts PKR. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use Solts PKR you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Solts PKR is strictly an adults-only platform and we take underage gambling seriously.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process including your full name, date of birth, address and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing account on Solts PKR. Each person is permitted one account only.
• Your account must be registered and used by you personally. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion period that you have previously requested on this platform.

Solts PKR reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Solts PKR account credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these with anyone under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the Solts PKR support team immediately. We will not be held liable for any losses that result from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

All activity carried out from your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — will be treated as activity carried out by you. You accept full responsibility for all such activity.

Solts PKR reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, multiple registrations from the same device, or where we believe the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

All financial transactions on Solts PKR are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. The supported deposit and withdrawal methods are:

• JazzCash — typically instant; confirmed directly on your phone
• Easypaisa — typically instant; confirmed via your Easypaisa account
• Raast — direct bank-to-bank transfer via the Raast interbank system
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer in PKR
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet services

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Withdrawals are processed within a few hours under normal circumstances and will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Solts PKR does not charge any platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the amount exceeds standard thresholds. We reserve the right to delay processing while verification is completed.

Solts PKR is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages or bank processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

All bets, wagers and game rounds placed on Solts PKR are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. These rules are displayed within each game or market interface and form part of these Terms.

For sports betting — including cricket markets covering the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, football and esports — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the exact moment of placement. Solts PKR reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, settled bets will follow the specific rules of that market as displayed at time of placement.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — do not constitute valid bets and will be voided. Winnings derived from clear system errors will not be paid out.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface.

For slot games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each title is displayed on the game information card within the game lobby. RTP figures are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any outcome within a single session.

For live casino games, the rules specific to each table — including minimum and maximum bet sizes, side bet rules and game variants — are displayed before and during gameplay.

Bingo room rules, ticket prices and jackpot structures are displayed within each room before entry. Once a bingo session has started and your ticket has been purchased, the stake is non-refundable.

Solts PKR may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions or other incentives to registered players. Each promotion will carry its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits — which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are offered for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Solts PKR reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being forfeited and may lead to account closure.

Solts PKR takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended to be an entertainment service for adults aged 18 and above. We strongly encourage all players to manage their gaming activity within personal limits that reflect their financial situation and the time they can reasonably dedicate to gaming as a leisure activity.

The following tools are available to all registered players from within account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount in PKR to control your spending.
• Session timers — receive an alert when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent break from the platform. During a self-exclusion period your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit or play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Solts PKR platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage in betting markets, or carry out actions faster than humanly possible.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform in connection with any illegal financial activity. Solts PKR is required to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates with relevant authorities where necessary.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, game errors or incorrect odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an identified exploit will be voided.
• Selling, transferring or purchasing Solts PKR accounts or account balances.
• Using the platform in any way that causes disruption, harassment or harm to other users or to the platform's operation.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.

Solts PKR monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate any unusual patterns. Where a breach of these prohibited activities is confirmed, the platform reserves the right to take whatever action is deemed appropriate including permanent account closure without prior notice.

All content published on the Solts PKR platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and software — is the property of Solts PKR or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the platform or its content.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use the Solts PKR name, logo or brand in any way that could create a false impression of association or endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data from the platform in bulk using automated tools.

Game titles hosted on the Solts PKR platform remain the intellectual property of their respective game providers. All third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on the platform belong to their respective owners.

Solts PKR provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical errors.

Solts PKR will not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from a system error, network failure or unexpected downtime, provided the error is identified and handled in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind connected to your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party service providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. If you believe a technical error has affected a game outcome or transaction unfairly, contact our support team within 72 hours with as much detail as possible and we will investigate accordingly.

You may close your Solts PKR account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is finalised, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining PKR balance that has cleared all wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Solts PKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Identity verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require us to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited in full. Real-money balances that are not connected to a bonus breach will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Solts PKR may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via a notification within the platform or by email to the address associated with your account.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Solts PKR platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
